Our Medical Staff

Newport Harbor Radiology Associates Medical Group, Inc (NHRA) is comprised of more that 20 board certified radiologists, many of whom are nationally recognized in their areas of expertise. In addition to Newport Imaging Center, NHRA provide professional services for Hoag Memorial Hospital as well as the Hoag Health Centers located throughout Orange County.

Every examination performed at Newport Imaging Center will be interpreted by a radiologist who then reports the findings to your physician.

Our Medical Directors

Michael Roossin, M.D.
Dr. Roossin is a board certified radiologist who earned his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine. He is president of Newport Harbor Radiology Associates and is the Director of Computed Tomography at Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach California.

Miles Chang M.D.
Dr. Chang is a board certified radiologist who earned his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine. He also holds degree in Biochemistry from Harvard. Dr. Chang is a member of Newport Harbor Radiology Associates.
